Once approved, download and print the pre-paid eco-friendly shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original compostable packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
